、被测管道工况：直管段长约 180m ，且无其他支管和三通，管道上带有较厚的防腐漆，管内介质为空气，管道直径为 219mm ，管道壁厚为 10.31mm ； 3. 、卡具及探头间距的选择 1. Selection of fixture and probe spacing
Enter the pipe size and wall thickness in the pipe details in the software, as shown below:
5 圈探头多模式模块（ 3 圈纵波， 2 圈横波），且纵波探头间距为 46mm ，具体选择如下图所示： Select the fixture type and detection mode in the selection fixture. The fixture selected this time is a 5- turn probe multi-mode module ( 3 turns of longitudinal wave and 2 turns of transverse wave), and the pitch of the longitudinal wave probe is 46mm . The specific selection is shown in the figure below:

The software will automatically give the detection frequency according to the input pipe size and probe spacing. The specific detection frequency is shown in the following figure:
、卡具探头安装位置选择 2.Choose the installation position of the clamp probe
3.4m 的地方，为了更好的耦合，我对卡具安装位置进行了去防腐漆处理，卡具安装如下图所示： This time, the fixture probe was installed 3.4m away from the pipe end on one side . For better coupling, I performed anti-corrosion paint treatment on the fixture installation location. The fixture installation is shown in the following figure:

180m 的直管段进行了检测，检测数据如下图所示： In order to better verify the performance of the detection distance of the device, we only tested the 180m straight pipe section, and the detection data is shown in the following figure:
182m 处的管端反射回波，在卡具和管端之间的 15 个回波为焊缝回波。 It can be clearly seen from the above figure that the pipe end reflection echo at 182m, and the 15 echoes between the clamp and the pipe end are weld echoes.
175m 的地方做了个沿管道周向长约 10cm 、深约 4mm 的人工缺陷。 In order to further verify its ability to detect defects, an artificial defect with a length of about 10 cm and a depth of about 4 mm along the circumference of the pipeline was made at a location 175 m from the fixture installation position .

The detection results of artificial defects are shown in the following figure:
Cat1 ），经进一步分析此异常回波的位置与人工缺陷的位置正好吻合，由此可以判定该异常回波为人工缺陷回波。 From the test results, it can be seen that there are obvious abnormal echoes near the end of the tube ( Cat1 on the test result graph ). After further analysis, the position of the abnormal echo exactly coincides with the position of the artificial defect, and the abnormal echo can be determined The wave is an artificial defect echo.
PI 公司的导波在检测距离和长距离对缺陷的检出能力方面的性能，在此类工况条件下完全可以达到单侧检测 180 米的距离，这才是真正意义上的长距离管道腐蚀超声导波检测系统。 After this test, we have verified the performance of the British PI company ’s guided waves in terms of detection distance and long-range defect detection capability.
